There are a variety of services available that will aid in your journey of self-discovery and healing. These services can assist you in learning how to cope with difficulties you may be experiencing at this time in your life. You may be looking for something more to life or maybe want to learn ways to manage feelings of anxiety or depression. There are different ways to achieving these goals.
Individual Counseling Session
Living an authentic life
While participating in individual counseling, we will meet for an initial session which can take longer than a typical 50 minute session. This session will be an information gathering session where we can both get to know each other. This session also gives you the opportunity to talk about what you would like to get out of counseling services.
At this time, I am also doing teletherapy due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Learning through others
I have several groups that will be starting soon. A writing group as well as a mindfulness based coping skills group. Please let me know if you are interested in a group and I will be happy to provide further information.
Learning through Art
There are times when we have difficulties communicating our thoughts and feelings however you may feel more comfortable expressing yourself creatively. Let me know if you would like to learn to tap into your creative outlet.
